What kinds of meats are your protein sticks made with?
Almost every protein stick is a blend of beef and pork besides Jalapeno Heat and Breakfast Sausage. Jalapeno Heat is only made from beef and Breakfast Sausage is only made from pork.
Can I eat your protein sticks after my workout?
You certainly can, however, it wouldn't be the best option in a post-workout setting. Our protein sticks are far more ideal as a tasty and convenient meal or snack to get more protein throughout the day. For post-workout recovery, a rapid-digesting source of protein and carb would be much more ideal. For that, we offer our Post Workout Stack!

Delicious!
I am always on the go and a majority of my work is in a car and traveling, a lot of time without planning ahead. It’s been nice to have these for on the go! They taste great and are a good source of protein.

I love them! Very easy to incorporate into meals or even just as a snack on the go, I eat them at work and at home. Will be buying more Cajun as well as trying a couple more flavors out!
