What got you into fitness
I went off to college and had a little too much fun ... I ended up gaining the freshman 25 (not 15 lbs). I went out to visit my mom one summer when she was living in California and I expressed to her how unhappy I was. She encouraged me to go on a run on the sand lining the beach. I got back from that run and my life was forever changed, I felt SO incredible and high on life ... I truly will never forget that moment. I went on to run 4 half marathons, 2 tough mudders, and compete in 4 bodybuilding shows.
What's Your Source of Inspiration
Myself and my mom. Myself, because I look back at the younger, unhappy version of me, and remind myself how strong I am and how far I've come. My mom, because she is the one that instilled a healthy and active lifestyle into me. She's almost 60 years old and is the most in shape she's ever been. She ran multiple marathons, and is the most inspiring person ever. She also has the biggest heart.

What's Your Biggest Achievement
Quitting my full-time corporate accounting job to start my own business and pursue my passion for helping others. Winning 1st Phorm Athlete of the Year in 2019 was awesome too!
What Keeps You Going
Reminding myself of how lucky I am. How blessed I am to wake up each day, have food on the table, a loving husband, and a healthy body that is able to workout. Not everyone has that luxury and I will never take that for granted.
How Has 1st Phorm Changed Your Life
1st Phorm has not only given me opportunities of a lifetime, but I was able to quit my full-time job ... and pursue something I'm so passionate about because of them. I now get to wake up everyday and help other people change their lives, and nothing will compare to that feeling. Along with that, I have met some of my best friends through 1st Phorm ... some people that I know will be in my life forever. I honestly can't put into words how much 1st Phorm has changed both my life and my husband's life.
