What got you into fitness
Training started around twelve years old in my middle school gym class. I just liked the way it made me feel. Going into high school, I began training for football, which I played into college. After graduation, I began training to be a police officer.
What's Your Source of Inspiration
My line of work has become my source of inspiration, not only because of the physical demands it has, but the mental toll it takes on people. With suicide rates among police rapidly increasing, I do my best to encourage others to train for those same reasons.
