What got you into fitness
I got a serious head injury as a child (3 years of age). I was told I wouldn’t live long if I didn’t exercise. So I began doing push ups and sit-ups every night ... and with the exception of a few set backs via injuries and surgeries, I have not stopped since.
What's Your Source of Inspiration
My son, Caiden Russell. He’s the first person who taught me what unconditional love truly is. He’s also the person who has given my life meaning. Because of his existence, every move I make is calculated and done with others in mind. I’m inspired by the unintentional power he has instilled in my life.
What's Your Go-To Cheat Meal
Really anything I can enjoy with family around. The meal really doesn’t matter as much as the atmosphere does from my perspective. Any place there’s smiles, laughter and love, is a “cheat” environment. Therefore it should be cherished and never taken for granted.
What's Your Favorite TV Show
Martin ... HANDS DOWN! It's the absolute funniest sitcom of all time in my opinion. I know every episode, all 5 seasons, word for word.
What Does 'Never Settle' Mean To You
'Never Settle' means infinite progress. No matter what you do or don’t do, accomplish or fail, there’s always more to be done! With that mentality, you’ll never plateau.

Becoming a father and a 1st Phorm Athlete over everything else.
What Keeps You Going
The person I know I can become in the future ... that’s the person I’m always chasing. Since I’ll never catch him, it keeps me moving forward every single day. The race is never over, and he’s always in the front. So if I plan on catching up to him, I must get my ass up and get in gear every single day if my life.
How Has 1st Phorm Changed Your Life
1st Phorm has given me a better quality of life in many ways. It has allowed me to develop my own personal brand by providing a global platform for me to showcase who I am and what I can offer to others. The brand has also provided me a sense of purpose from a health and fitness perspective. I now go to the gym with a better purpose ... I take my supplements with a better purpose ...
