• What if I don't have a ruck?
No worries! No ruck is needed. Feel free to show up and walk, push a stroller with kids, or put on a weight vest!
• How Long is the Ruck?
We are going to Ruck between 2.5 and 3 miles. Which should take 45 to 60 minutes.
• What time should I get there?
Please plan on getting here from 5-5:30. At 5:30 we will officially gather everyone for a quick word, then start rucking. Plan is to be done around 6:30 with Ruck.
• What should I bring?
Ruck if using one, water, and a positive attitude!
• Must register to participate.
