1st Phorm Open Gym

• It's an "Open Gym" Format. You do not need to be there the whole time! If you are registered, feel free to show up and leave at any time between 6:30AM - 9:00AM!

• A 30 For The Kids "Final Day" group workout will take place @ 8AM.

• You are free to use any of the equipment available inside the gym, so no matter what you plan to train ... you can get it done here!  

• Must Register to attend. If you want to work out with a friend, you may register with them, or just share the link so they can RSVP!

• Open Gym is for Phamily members who are 15 years old and up!
