I think this product is good, I tastes yummy I like to add a serving to 32 oz of water and it still tastes yummy! I feel much less sore after my 90 min workouts now! Big improvement on recovery!!
These are great for pre, intra and post-workout. They include Niacin and electrolytes which are critical for workout, recovery and overall health. I'm currently enjoying the Berry Lemonade flavor.
