Never really used BCAA’s before trying 1st Phorms. I can say just putting a scoop in the hydro and sipping throughout the day helps with energy and recovery significantly. Staying sore for more then 2 days is most definitely a thing of the past.
Yummy and wonderful to sip on during workouts and during the day. Noticed less soreness and better progression in body composition with more definition as I use with glutamine and creatine daily. Love this.
