HOW TO USE
For Collagen: Add 1-2 scoops to 8 ounces of your favorite hot or cold beverage.
For Level-1: You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
For Level-1:
Add one rounded scoop to four ounces of ice cold water or milk
One scoop yields 23-25 grams of protein. Use Level-1 throughout the day to help meet your protein goals.
