So far, so good!
I bought Core 21 for my husband who has a hard time staying asleep. Wakes up often and can’t go back to sleep especially at the end of the school year.
He is completing his 48th year as Jr High/High School counselor. I take many 1st Phorm products and have always read many positive comments about Core 21.
He was apprehensive to take them, but now asks me about an hour before he goes to bed if I have his “stuff”!! He is sleeping more soundly and when he gets up in the middle of the night, is going back to sleep!

I’m a night shift nurse and it’s nearly impossible to get quality sleep during the day without these. I don’t wake up feeling groggy either. 10/10 recommend!
