Core 21

Got this to help with sleep & to lower cortisol. It’s only been a week, so I can’t speak to full effects yet. However, I am hopeful it will only better with time.

I was hesitant but decided to try. The benefit I read most about was sleep and I've always struggled in that area. Since starting Core-21 I have been sleeping much better and don't remember the last time I slept the way I have been. I'm on month 2 now of this product and will continue to use. I highly recommend this for the many benefits and especially sleep if you struggle with it at all.

Core 21 improved my sleep so much! By the 2nd day taking it I noticed how much it helped. My sleep schedule had been the absolute worst due to my military career so I naturally struggle to sleep. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Highly recommend trying this out if you have a hard time getting into that deep sleep

Gettingba little personal here, but as veteran with severe ptsd, sleep apnea, night terrors, sleep paralysis and host of other issues sleeping hasn't come easy or welcomed for a long time. I started taking core 21 in hopes to reduce my weight and cortisol levels and what I will say is idk if it's working there, but the sleep side of things has been absolutely amazing. I'm tired within an hour of taking it when 7 prescriptions couldn't do the same thing. This is more than worth your time money and the little hesitation holding you back.
