Core 21

I have been in a high conflict, stress producing situation for 8 years now. I have been dealing with extremely high levels of stress and always feeling in fight or flight. After the first dose of Core21, I woke up saying to myself, "I haven't slept that well in 8 years". With the stress, my body would crash and I would pass out when going to bed, but wake up feeling like I hadn't gotten enough sleep or slept horribly. With Core21, I wake up feeling refreshed and like I had an amazing night's rest EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm off my anti-anxiety meds, and believe Core21 helps balance out everything without pharmaceutical medication. Got this to help with sleep & to lower cortisol. It’s only been a week, so I can’t speak to full effects yet. However, I am hopeful it will only better with time.

I was hesitant but decided to try. The benefit I read most about was sleep and I've always struggled in that area. Since starting Core-21 I have been sleeping much better and don't remember the last time I slept the way I have been. I'm on month 2 now of this product and will continue to use. I highly recommend this for the many benefits and especially sleep if you struggle with it at all.
