Core 21 gave me the best sleep ever! I didn’t wake up groggy like some others make me feel. I woke up ready to take on my busy day! I will definitely buy again !!

Extremely helpful in bringing on sleep

My system is calmer and I'm getting better sleep. I will know more when I do my next bloodwork but hopefully the cortisol levels will be back in the normal range. It's been above normal for 2 years. Finally something helping.
