G.D.A. FOR EARLY MORNING WORKOUTS

I take G.D.A. with my evening meal and usually when I have higher carbs. My lifts have been tremendously better in the early mornings when I take this product. Helps use the carbs from the night before into my early 4 A.M. Lift. Probably one of the best products I've taken from 1st Phorm.

Using while running longer distance

I’m using this along with ultra-formance to help my longer runs and so far it seems to helping me. I feel more energy while running and not feeling like I need a nap after.

Kicked up my fat loss regiment!

Moment of honesty… I’m fat.

I’ve been taking generic Berberine for two months and other than leaving a nasty taste in my mouth, I’m not sure it’s done a damned thing. THIS on the other hand, is the real deal. I’m down 10+ lbs in the prior 3 weeks and my sugar cravings are down to near nothing. My wife insisted on pizza the other day and even though I ate WAY more than I should have, I pooped 3 of these with the meal and am still on track to lose weight. I’ve not measured my blood sugar, but I’m sure I’m likely made up mostly of corn syrup these past 15 years. With better energy and mood and a reduced craving for sweets, I can only assume these work as advertised!
