HOW TO USE

Take one serving (2 vegan capsules) of Harmony capsules twice per day with 12-16oz of water - once with your first meal of the day and again with a midday meal.

WHAT TO AVOID

WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if you are under 18 years of age, pregnant, nursing, or contemplating pregnancy. If you have any medical conditions or you are currently using prescription medications, consult your physician before using this or any dietary supplements. Contains 75mg of caffeine per serving, the equivalent of approximately 1 cup of coffee.

DO NOT USE WITH ANY OTHER CAFFEINATED PRODUCT. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and/or rapid heartbeat. Immediately discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.

Harmony contains the branded form of Ashwagandha known as KSM-66®. During its manufacturing process, the ashwagandha root is traditionally soaked in milk. This is why the product may not be suitable for individuals with dairy allergies. However, no milk or dairy is added to the final product beyond what's used in the extraction process.

    I have PCOS and my cycle has always been irregular. Within 2 weeks of taking this, my cycle came. Going to see if this continues.

    This stuff really works!!

    After having a hysterectomy a year and a half ago, and then experiencing the "joys" of perimenopause, I knew i had to do something to get some relief from all the "fun" symptoms I was having. My doctor put me on estrogen, and that was NOT the answer for me! I threw that out and tried another "natural" hormone replacement that I found online that had high reviews, and after 4 months and a lot of money, I was seeing no changes. So, I went back to the internet and found Harmony. At this point, I didn't have much hope but thought I'd give it a shot. To my surprise, I noticed a change within a few weeks, and now after a couple of months, I can see a big change. I no longer have night sweats, I sleep better, and the stubborn bloating I was dealing with is significantly less. I'm so thankful I gave it a shot!

    Keeps me in balance

    Love this product. Keeps me in balance. I don't have that 'off' feeling when taking them. I tell my husband, I just feel normal. I don't always have to take twice a day, for now, but certain weeks (wink) it helps. This a long with M-Factor Goddess, great combo!

    Say Bye to Hot Flashes!

    I’ve been taking this product for over 4 months now and my hot flashes are gone. It took a good three moths to take full effect. I highly recommend it !

    I take two of these every morning and have seen a decrease in my hot flashes. I definitely feel it if I miss taking them.
