This is the first time I purchased a meal replacement and i did not know what to expect. My flavor is caramel latte. It has a great flavor, it dissolves good and great replacement for coffee. Its only been a week but when i drink it im good for a good part of the day.

these are easy mixing, perfect consistency and wonderfully flavorful for on the go or at home protein needs. we tried the salted peanut butter and the vanilla ice cream. would definitely order again; the quality is apparent!
Love this protein powder! It does not taste chalky at all, sometimes I drink with milk and sometimes I mix in my coffee and it’s delicious either way!
