My goal is to lose weight and overall improve my health so I’ve been going through many different protien powders. I usually go for something that is cost effective and always never really enjoyed the taste. This actually taste delicious I couldn’t believe it the first time I tried it. I thought it was normal for a protein powder to just taste kind of gross. I love this product and will tell everyone I know who is looking for protein powder.
Oh and it does the job for my meal replacement too and I love how much protein is per serving. But boy it’s delicious and hard to limit to one shake a day.
