Sweet Dreams

I have struggled for months with waking up during the night and not being able to sleep more than a few hours. I work out and keep active. I’ve tried melatonin, lavender oil, and cbd gummies with little to no help. I started using 1st Phorm Magnesium (peach) and I sleep through the night. I use one scoop at night in water or seltzer. It tastes great. The scoop is really small so you get a lot of servings out of the tub.

A good addition to my nighttime routine!

Started adding a scoop of the mixed berry to opti greens in the evening. It has helped me wind down and I seem to be falling asleep easier. I think the two combined taste good as well.

Magnesium changed everything

I learned a long time ago that magnesium can help regulate your sleep. Initially I started out with grocery store over the counter magnesium products with no success. Within a week of switching to 1st Phorm magnesium I was back to great sleep. Now I tell anyone who will listen to switch to 1st Phorm.
