You can add this to your post workout stack( 2 scoops chocolate milkshake phormula 1, 2 scoops collagen, 1 scoop of ignition, 1 scoop of creatine.) that’s my go to recipe! You could also put it in your oatmeal, or coffee! I’m sure there many more use cases for it! I just haven’t discovered them yet! The salted caramel flavor tastes great and I’ve noticed a significant different in my skin, my hair, my joints, and overall recovery while utilizing it!
