I use this for all my CrossFit stuff. There are a lot of pockets to put everything in . I walk to the gym and the backpack has a nice padding and is very comfortable on my back. It distributes weight really nicely so it’s not too heavy on my back. I love this backpack and would highly recommended! Price is reasonable for quality!
