How many servings come in the Post Workout Stack?
The serving size and number will depend on if you are a man or a woman. Phormula-1 has 32 servings (scoops) and Ignition has 21 servings (scoops). However, for men, it's recommended to take 2 scoops of Phormula-1 and 1 scoop of Ignition after a workout, lasting 16 total workouts. For women, it's recommended to take 1 scoop of Phormula-1 and a ½ scoop of Ignition after a workout, lasting 32 total workouts.
