HOW TO USE
PRIMAL-T
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
CONQUEST HD
As a dietary supplement, take six (6) capsules of Conquest HD™ in the morning with your first meal of the day. Use Conquest HD in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

Goes down easy
Lots of supplements are hard to swallow, but this one goes down pretty easily. I've only been taking it for two weeks and have noticed a difference in my lifts already. Would recommend!
