As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning. For additional benefit, on training days take two (2) capsules one hour prior to workout. Use Primal-T in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
CONQUEST HD
As a dietary supplement, take six (6) capsules of Conquest HD™ in the morning with your first meal of the day. Use Conquest HD in a repeating 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.

This Primal Pack makes a big difference in my daily life.
I bought this to test while doing 75 hard. The first week of 75 hard I went with only my normal supplements, the second week I added the primal pack. So far it feels like I have more energy to attack the double workouts, but not in a jittery way which is nice. Excited to see what the results are after finishing the pack!
