DIRECTIONS:
MICRO FACTOR
Packets - Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.
Powder - As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
