DIRECTIONS:

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

I love my greens but I can’t help but think about the packaging and the waste it creates. I am so happy to see this come in a bag that I can now just dump into my existing plastic tub! No plastic tub to recycle!

I was looking for something to supplement my diet while I was on shift (Note: I work two days consecutively in EMS) because I can’t always eat as well as I’d like. I heard about Opti-Greens through a friend who let me try it. At first, I was a little hesitant because of past experiences with green products (ex. Spirulina, etc) not being very great tasting but I was ready to suck it up and choke it down for the health benefits. I was pleasantly surprised by how great Opti-Greens tasted and like how I feel having it in my diet. I usually mix it with a blender bottle but it mixes pretty well in a glass using a spoon so long as you don’t add too much powder in a small amount of water. It’s great in smoothies as well. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to supplement their diet.
Can’t live without it!!! Gives me lots of energy, and helps me with bloating! Definitely recommend!
