DIRECTIONS:

MICRO FACTOR

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

so far so good!

I have been taking this for the better part of a month. Everyone around me has been battling colds and flus and I feel as good I ever have. Energy level is up, gut is regular, less aches and pains.

This is the way!

My husband is a legionnaire and says that everyone prefers the chocolate to the berry. Personally, I don’t understand! Who ever heard of mixing chocolate with their salad?! But greens and berries seem to go together just fine! I find this version quite good! It’s not something I would seek out to drink for fun but for what it is it’s really quite good. I noticed a difference when I take it regularly versus when I don’t so it’s definitely doing its job! Highly recommended!
