HOW TO USE
DIRECTIONS:
MICRO FACTOR
Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.
FULL-MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Best Greens on the Market
Tried multiple different greens, but always came back to Opti-Greens. Smooth, easy to digest., helps control bloating, and blends well with multiple drink flavors (i like it best with plain old H2O).

so far so good....
So far so good. I sense an increase in mood and energy after a month of trying this product and will continue to test for another month.... I am taking the product as described 2 x morning and 2 x night.....
