HOW TO USE

JOINT MOBILITY

For Joint Repair: Take 2 capsules upon waking with a meal and an additional 2 capsules with a meal, 6-8 hours later. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving. For Immediate Pain Relief: Take 4 capsules on an empty stomach and eat a meal 30-45 minutes later.

For Best Results: Do not consume more than 4 capsules of Joint Mobility in a 24-hour period. Do not take Joint Mobility at the same time as any other products containing stimulants. The ingredients of Joint Mobility can intensify the effects of stimulants, so it is best to wait 3-4 hours after taking Joint Mobility before consuming any other products containing stimulants. Do not take Joint Mobility within 4 hours of sleep as the ingredients of Joint Mobility can cause sleeplessness.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    Making movement easier

    These products have helped me get my movement in every day as a post menopausal woman. I have noticed less knee pain even as I add more steps into my routine. Very thankful that I have these products to help me on this journey.

    I can run again without knee pain.

    I have used so many different pills and creams for my knee pain. I could not even run a year ago without excruciating pain. Started these supplements and run 3-5 miles without stopping and no pain. At one point I thought it was a fluke and stopped taking them- big mistake.
