    Full mega...full mind!

    I've been taking omega 3's for a couple of years now and just switched over to 1st Phorm about a couple months ago and so far so good. I fully intend to stick with 1st Phorm Omega 3's going forward!

    Recovery And Overall Health

    I’ve been using 1st Phorm Full-Mega daily, and it has become a staple in my supplement routine. As someone who trains consistently and stays active, I prioritize recovery and overall health, and getting enough quality omega-3s is an important part of that. Full-Mega provides 2.5 grams of omega-3s, including 1.5 grams of EPA and DHA per serving, supporting cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and a healthy inflammatory response. I also appreciate that it’s sourced from wild-caught cold-water fish and doesn’t leave me with a fishy aftertaste or burps. It’s simple, convenient, and easy to stay consistent with. Full-Mega is one supplement I personally use and recommend daily.
