On Training Days: Take one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon.

On Non-Training Days: Take one serving in the morning.

    Positive energy

    Only a week into this- I’m definitely feeling ok for basically cutting all caffeine besides one early morning cup, sleeping better and not nodding off at 3pm. I need some more time to restore but very hopeful this product like all 1st phorm will help! Very much looking forward to the next few months of positive results.

    I have almost no muscle soreness now compared to before taking it and im lifting heavier. If you aren't taking this daily add it to you routine. You won't be disappointed.
