On Training Days: Take one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon.

On Non-Training Days: Take one serving in the morning.

    This stuff is great!

    I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. I do have to eat and drink a full bottle of water with each dose. Some people are good taking this without food. I am NOT one of those people. So far I'm impressed *****SANDY (BEN'S WIFE)

    FEEL a difference

    Everyone can benefit from a good multivitamin, right?” I didn’t really expect to feel a difference. I just wanted to cover any gaps in my daily nutrients. But wow, was I wrong.

    After a long 10-hour workday, I usually felt sluggish and had to push myself to get to the gym. Once I started taking these, my energy completely shifted. I actually wanted to work out. I felt focused, pumped, and ready to move.

    I’m so glad I gave these a try. Now my whole family’s taking them too!

    So far so good

    I have definitely noticed a difference in how my body is processing stress. I have more energy at the end of my day which allows me to focus a little better on my work after a long day of teaching special Ed.

    Game changer

    After feeling sluggish for over a year and a half. I had bloodwork done and found my adrenal glands weren’t functioning to the level they should be. I found this supplement and in a few days i had a new found source of energy.
