Take Five (5) milliliters (one teaspoon) of Liposomal Vitamin C daily, or as recommended by your health care advisor.

NOTE: Shake before using. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening. This product is intended for oral use only.

The taste is strong, but it is effective

This product does have a strong taste, although it’s not completely unpleasant. Seems to be effective like the other products from 1st Phorm. So I give it five stars.
