Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.
FULL MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

an excellent fish oil!
I am working through my second bottle of Full-Mega, having used (off and on) over the years various other high-quality fish oils -- Carlson, Nordic Naturals, and others. This one is highest-quality, and while the gelcaps are large, they are very easy to swallow. I get zero unpleasant fishy after-taste. I am taking a double dose, both for the neuro-protective benefits (I'm 64 years old) and also the anti-inflammatory effects (I have an auto-immune disease). I hope that First Phorm will continue its emphasis on quality and sustain that focus as its niche, rather than going for growth which inevitably compromises quality. Thank you, First Phorm!
