Full-Mega is an Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement. Full-Mega is formulated with full efficacious amounts of EPA and DHA from fresh cold water wild-caught Icelandic mackerel, herring, anchovies, and sardines. Studies on fish oils rich in both EPA and DHA are shown to help support cardiovascular health.*

Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.
FULL MEGA
As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Amazing!
I have beeb using this for quite some time and I have been feeling great from this product. If I miss a day I can definitely feel the difference so I try and take it daily.

Good quality
I really like this brand. This is very good quality product. What I like about it is when I’m sweating I don’t smell like fish. I’ve had other supplements that when you’re sweating you smell like fish oils, It’s great for muscle recovery.
