Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.

FULL MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

Full Mega great for inflamation

If you are experiencing a lot of inflammation full mega might be the answer. I’m 48 years old and when I work out I tend to experience a lot of inflammation post workout. I take 2 to 4 a day and that seems to have helped.
