WHOLE HEART

Take two (2) capsules of Whole Heart in the morning with food and a minimum of 12 ounces of water.


FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
