Super easy app to use! I love that I can connect my Apple Watch to make it even more precise on activity. Logging food has never been easier. So many great workouts for all skill levels. I also love that workouts are tailored for your equipment. So you only have dumbells at home- the workout minimal equipment house is perfect!

I love it! At first I was hesitant about it because I have never had an app like this let alone pay for it. I am a 21 year old college student too so money gets tight. I am SO glad I trusted my advisor and my gut and bought the premium version of it. It helps me to physically see my diet and be honest with myself about what I am putting in my body. I also love that my advisor can see my stuff because knowing that holds me accountable for what I am choosing to do and eat.
Safe to say I will be purchasing it for the year by the end of the summer!!
