I have been using the 1st Phorm app for a little over a week now and I can't talk highly enough about it. The app is where I'm able to track my meals and my workouts. I'm able to see where I'm lacking in the food. I'm eating. I can scan food and see if it's good or bad. It gives me what I need or what I don't need. I love how the app is just a little pillar and holding me accountable.
I've also tried their pre-workout lemonade flavor and I absolutely love it
I definitely will say this is the first app that I feel like continually pushes me and has somebody there guiding me through this journey
