HOW TO USE
PHORMULA-1 & IGNITION
For Best Results: Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.
MALES SHOULD:
Pre-Workout: Use 1/2 scoop of Ignition with 1 scoop of Phormula-1 in 6 oz of water.
Post-Workout: Use 1 scoop of Ignition with 2 scoops of Phormula-1 in 12 oz of water.
LEVEL-1
Add one rounded scoop to four ounces of ice cold water or milk
One scoop yields 23-25 grams of protein. Use Level-1 throughout the day to help meet your protein goals.
For Best Results: You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for thirty seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
ENDURA-FORMANCE
Take one (1) scoop with eight (8) oz. of cold water immediately before training.
M-FACTOR MEN
On Training Days: Take one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon.
On Non-Training Days: Take one serving in the morning.
NIGHT-T
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with 16-20oz of water about 45 minutes before you want to fall asleep. Be sure to take when you have at least eight (8) hours to devote to restful sleep.
ANABOLIC BRIDGE
Take Eight (8) capsules of Anabolic Bridge™ in between meals, ideally two (2) hours after or before a meal containing a significant serving of protein. Eight (8) capsules of Anabolic Bridge may also be taken as soon as you get up in the morning and right before bed. On training days, you may use Anabolic Bridge pre-workout 20 minutes prior to training or competition.

ALPHASURGE
