New York's Fittest Cop | Manhattan, NY
I've been involved with sports my entire life. From baseball at the age of seven into high school where I started playing football and found the gym at the age of 14 and never looked back. I played football into college, but unfortunately had to stop due to injuries. I graduated Pace University in New York. I continued to workout and became a personal trainer before beginning my career in law enforcement, which is what I currently do.
MY "AHA" MOMENT
Would be when I realized that once you believe in yourself, anything is possible.
MY SOURCE OF INSPIRATION
Comes from my desire to be better and help others do the same.
THE NEVER SETTLE ATTITUDE
I apply the never settle attitude in the gym every time I train as well as daily life. I never want to stay stagnant. I'm always trying to move forward.
My biggest achievement so far is being acknowledged by the New York Post for my efforts in motivating first responders to live a healthy lifestyle.
THE THING THAT KEEPS ME GOING
What keeps me going are the emails that I get on a daily basis reminding me that I have people that are inspired by me.
THE END GOAL
The end goal is to help and motivate as many people as possible.
