Cinnamon Toast Protein Shake

Breakfast cereal.

There are few meals that are as unabashedly fun and flavorful as kids’ breakfast cereal.

Think about it: Where else can dehydrated marshmallows and frosted corn chips constitute part of a balanced breakfast?

Unfortunately, as we get older and more health conscious, many of us discover that starting the morning with a bowl of brightly-colored sugar may not be the best way to promote optimal performance or clear focus throughout the day.

Still, I’m sure that like me, many of us look back fondly on the days when kids’ cereal rules breakfast.

That's why I absolutely love this Cinnamon Toast Crunch protein shake ... it's a cinnamon protein shake that tastes like the cereal!

Combining coconut milk, sweet potato, almond butter, and various spices, this is the only recipe you’ll need to make the childhood favorite a part of your active lifestyle.

How To Store Your Cinnamon Protein Shake

While the ideal way to enjoy your Cinnamon Toast Crunch protein shake is straight out of the blender, we get that life can throw curveballs.

If you find yourself with some of this tasty shake left, don't worry! Keep the rest of your Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake in a sealed container or jar and pop it into the fridge. To keep the best taste and texture, make sure to enjoy the leftover shake within a day or two.

Now, about freezing… it's a no-go. Freezing your cinnamon protein shake with hopes of a great future snack is not recommended. For the best experience, sip on this cinnamon toast treat when it's freshly made, adding a bit of spice to your day!
