Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Freeze Time: 30-40 Minutes
Servings: 6 (1 Serving = 1 Peanut Butter Cup)

INGREDIENTS:

2 Scoops of Level-1 Chocolate Natural
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
6 Squares 85% Chocolate
120 Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

Optional Toppings:

Sprinkles
Peanut Butter
Sliced Banana

DIRECTIONS:

For this recipe, you’ll need:

• 2 Small Bowl
• Spoon
• Silicone Muffin Cups or Molds

1. Put the chocolate squares and baking chips in a small bowl and microwave on high. Remove the bowl every 15 seconds to stir the chocolate thoroughly. Set aside once fully melted.

2. In another bowl, mix all other ingredients together until you get a thick batter.

3. Pour half of the chocolate between 6 silicone muffin cups. Then, add a dollop of the filling on top to fill the rest of the silicone cups.

4. Put the molds in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.

5. Remove your peanut butter cups from the molds, add any toppings you'd like, and enjoy!
