Delicious Crockpot Chicken

Delicious Crockpot Chicken

This recipe is a spin off a delicious dish that I had growing up called Mississippi Pot Roast.

The biggest thing I did differently with this recipe is swapped the pork for chicken! This makes the recipe far more ideal for anyone looking to reach a specific health or fitness goal.

After all, it's lower calorie, and higher protein! I think of this recipe as the perfect busy week night dinner since it's so easy to prepare.

All you have to do is put the ingredients in the slow cooker that morning, and let it cook!

Feel free to serve it with some vegetables or rice for dinner that night. Heck, you can even save it for meals all week long!
