These protein cookies are delicious, and they’ll help you stay right on track with your goals and enjoy a sweet treat this holiday season (or any other day of the year when you’re just craving a little sweetness).

It is simple, easy, and tastes absolutely incredible. So, whip it up and enjoy these delicious treats this holiday season!

The Best Protein Cookies

Servings: 12 (1 Serving = 1 Cookie)
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Bake Time: 10-12 Minutes


  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Quick Oats
  • 2 Scoops of Level-1 (Any Flavor)
  • 3 Tbsp of Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips


1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and coat a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

2. In a medium bowl, mash the two bananas to form a paste.

3. Add the quick oats to the banana paste.

4. Mix in your favorite flavor of Level-1 (mine is Ice Cream Sandwich), the shredded coconut, and baking powder.

5. When the dough is formed, fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Use the dough to form 12 equal-sized balls and place them on the cookie sheet.

7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.

8. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before digging in!
