So, here is a super simple recipe that will allow you to get that pancake fix and stay on track with your goals!
Protein Pancakes
Servings: 1 (This amount of batter creates 1 serving)
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup Pancake Mix
1 scoop Level-1 Protein Powder (Flavor of Your Choice)
Directions:
1. Stir the pancake mix and Level-1 into water.
2. Pour the mixture onto a pan or hot plate.
3. Cook to desired color.
4. Add your favorite low-calorie toppings and enjoy!
