Depending on where you live, this particular breakfast food can be called a few different things: Pancakes, Flapjacks, or Hotcakes.

But regardless of what you call them ... they are circular, fluffy, and I think we can all agree that they're incredible at any time of the year!

Now, I also understand that we are in a time when many of us are trying to lose body fat...

With that, pancakes smothered in syrup, butter, and whip cream may taste great, but are not ideal for everyone's goal.

So, here is a super simple recipe that will allow you to get that pancake fix and stay on track with your goals!



• 1/2 to 1 cup of water
• 1/2 cup pancake mix
• 1 scoop Level-1 Protein Powder


• Stir pancake mix and Level-1 into water
• Pour onto pan or hot plate
• Cook to desired color
• Add your favorite low-calories toppings and ENJOY!

1 Serving = 4 pancakes

Protein: 29g
Carbs: 48g
Fats: 8g
