Take three (3) vegan capsules in the morning with food and a minimum of 16 ounces of water.

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

    Best Prenatal & Women’s Multivitamin on the Planet!

    I initially bought these for my wife during her first pregnancy.

    Almost 7 years later, she still takes them every day.

    They are the absolute best prenatal and women’s multivitamin you can buy.
