Phormula-1 is gluten-free. Phormula-1 is NOT vegan, non-GMO or dairy-free because it is a whey protein isolate, meaning it comes from milk. Even though Phormula-1 has very small traces of lactose.

What can I mix Phormula-1 with?
Phormula-1 can be mixed with any liquid. Many people will use Phormula-1 in their coffee or even in their smoothies! However, if you are using it after a workout for recovery, Phormula-1 is best mixed with water (and Ignition) ONLY. Mixing it with milk or liquids other than water after a workout can affect the digestion rate of Phormula-1.
What is the difference between Phormula-1 and Level-1?
Phormula-1 is a rapid assimilation protein, whereas Level-1 is a sustained assimilation protein. This means Phormula-1 will break down and absorb quickly, while Level-1 is designed to assimilate over the course of 2-3 hours. That's why Phormula-1 is most ideal to take after your workouts, and Level-1 is ideal as a protein option throughout the day.
When should I use Phormula-1?
Since Phormula-1 is a rapid assimilation protein and is designed to digest very quickly, it's best used immediately after a workout!
