HOW TO USE

Suggested Use: Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of cold milk or water and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

Best for Active/Athletic Kids

I love the fact is has Greens and Reds, The kids love the flavor and it's easy to mix not all chalked up when you mix it. With having two boys who are very athletic and one in lacrosse this makes it easier to set him up for success and recovery after a hard practice. Definitely recommend and a reasonable price!

Daughter loves it

My younger kids love it.

My boys 6 & 8 love the taste and ask for it every morning. My 10 year old daughter doesn't care for.it too much.

Growing 2 Year Old

My son still has yet to expand his palette and getting him the proper nutrition has been a little challenging. My sons been loving Opti-Kids, he asks for it daily. You can slightly taste the greens in this mix, so I know he's getting the proper nutrition. If that's an issue for your kids when you try this product, just blend a banana or blueberries or whatever your kid likes into the mix. I highly recommend this product. 1st Phorm products are some of the best tasting protein/nutrition products I've ever purchased.

Kiddos love it

I mix this in with whole milk for their “dessert” after dinner . They have no idea that it’s a supplement . What they don’t know won’t hurt them 🤣
