Best weighted vest. It fits my small frame perfectly and I enjoyed every ruck with it. I was able to change out the plates very easily and they stay securely strapped in. :)

There’s so much I could say about this plate carrier.
It’s useable in so many ways. I walk a lot and wanted to challenge myself a bit more. After 1 use, I am HOOKED. Well made, comfortable.. I can easily wear this more than an hour. You could also add it into body weight workouts if you don’t have any available equipment/gym.
