This is my favorite pre workout. I've been lifting weights for around 7 years now and have tried a lot of different supplements. I finally found a product that I can agree with the ingredients list, and enjoy the energy boost without the itching feeling that most pre-workouts deliver. This will stay in my supplement rotation for a while.
