HOW TO USE
MICRO FACTOR PACKETS
Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

It works well!
I've been taking Micro Factor for two months now and can see that my body is feeling better. I don't get tired easily, even when doing intense exercise. At first, the tablets were big and difficult to swallow, but when I took them with water, they were easy to take.
