The Elements Short includes a unique U-front compressive waistband design that creates the ultimate tummy control and helps it stay in place throughout any workout. Although compressive in the waistband, you won't find it super compressive in the leg openings. Purposefully designed with less compression in this area, they won't dig in when worn. Along with glute enhacing seams and a hidden phone pocket on the waistband, this short will hold you in without holding you back!

Bought em for my wife.

She tells me prefers the 6” high compression for running over the 4” light compression that she wears for lifting. In my opinion, she looks good in both.
