1. Eligibility: The 1st Phorm 10,000 Mini Meat Stick Halloween Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who enter at the official online Sweepstakes page. Employees of 1st Phorm International, LLC (the "Sponsor"), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules (the "Rules"), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about October 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM and ending October 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All online entries must be received by October 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All times are Central Time (America/Chicago). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: To enter, visit the official Sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period and submit the online entry form, including your name, email address, where you plan to hand out treats, and the number of 1st Phorm Mini Protein Sticks you are requesting (25, 50, 100, 250, or 500). Each eligible person may submit one (1) entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The quantity you select on the entry form determines the prize you are eligible to receive if selected as a winner and cannot be changed after submission.

Bonus Entries: After submitting an entry form, entrants may earn five (5) additional entries for each eligible social media share completed through the sharing tools provided on the Sweepstakes page. Bonus entries must be completed through the official sharing mechanism to be counted; shares made outside the official mechanism will not be credited. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the bonus entry structure at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, and to verify any bonus entry before awarding a prize. Bonus entries do not change the prize quantity associated with an entrant's original entry form.

You may not enter more times than permitted by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, or other technical means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your entries may be removed from eligibility at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prizes: A total of up to ten thousand (10,000) 1st Phorm Mini Protein Sticks will be awarded across all winners (the "Prize Pool"). Each winner will receive the quantity of 1st Phorm Mini Protein Sticks selected on his or her entry form: 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 sticks. Winners will be selected in random drawings until the Prize Pool is exhausted; therefore, the total number of winners will vary depending on the quantities requested by the selected winners. If a selected entrant's requested quantity exceeds the number of sticks remaining in the Prize Pool, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the remaining quantity to that entrant or select an alternate entrant whose requested quantity fits within the remaining Prize Pool. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the entire Prize Pool is $12,850 (approximately $1.29 per stick). The ARV of an individual prize is approximately $32.13 (25 sticks), $64.25 (50 sticks), $128.50 (100 sticks), $321.25 (250 sticks), or $642.50 (500 sticks). Actual value may differ at the time of prize award.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the prize, including flavor and packaging, shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion, including substitution of a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are intended for personal distribution and consumption and may not be resold. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Prize Delivery: The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to ship prizes so that they arrive before October 31, 2026; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays or for prizes that arrive after Halloween. Prizes will be shipped only to a valid street address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; P.O. boxes may not be accepted.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the quantities requested by selected winners.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about October 27, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified via email at the email address used to enter within five (5) days following the drawing. To receive a prize, a potential winner must respond to the notification and provide a valid shipping address within the time stated in the notification. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release if required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of a prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry, including without limitation your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information, as news, publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms and Modification of Rules: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to amend these Rules (including without limitation the entry methods, bonus entry structure, and prize structure) at any time and for any reason, including should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any amended Rules will be posted on the official Sweepstakes page, and continued participation after posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules. In the event of cancellation or suspension, the Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor.

10. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Rules, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email communications periodically from the Sponsor. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out will not affect your entry.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his or her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, including the distribution of any prize to third parties; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (vi) late, lost, misdirected, or damaged prize shipments. Entrants and winners are solely responsible for reviewing product ingredient and allergen information before consuming or distributing any prize.

12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MISSOURI, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Missouri having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
