TOLERANCE ASSESSMENT PHASE: As with any dietary supplement, test your tolerance by taking one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before your first meal or shake. Wait 5 hours, and if suitable, you may take a second capsule on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before a meal or shake to further assess tolerance. After tolerance has been determined by following the guidelines of the Tolerance Assessment Phase, you may consider taking up to two (2) capsules, twice daily, five (5) hours apart with eight (8) ounces of water 30-45 minutes before meals or shakes and assess tolerance again. Your body uses water to flush fatty acid by-products (burnt fat) from your system. Always take 1-Db Goddess with at least 8 ounces of water and drink at least 120 ounces of water over the course of the day.     You definitely need to follow the tolerance guidelines. I’m someone who is used to these kinds of products and needed to slowly introduce it. I cannot take without food and I also have noticed that I need to not have such long periods of time between my meals. I am seeing changes and differences paired with DB Goddess. I wasn’t taking the doses 4-5 hours apart and didn’t realize the importance of that piece. It’s very important! Since I have been doing that consistently, I have noticed that my hunger queues have been more in tune, I’m not feeling nearly as hungry, and I have completely stopped taking my morning supplement drink that acted as an energy drink which I have drank for years but I don’t even feel like I need it. I’m noticing changes in fat burning as well. They aren’t lying when they say this product is like nothing you’ve taken before but in the best ways! If you’re looking for fat loss and help with controlling hunger queues and not feeling so hungry, try the stack of Thyro Drive and DB Goddess!
