It fits well and gives great support. we have 3 of them in my gym for all fits and sizes.
The fit runs a little big when you first look at it. I was thinking pant size not where you wear the belt. Make sure you follow the guide correctly to get the best result on sizing.

Runs big. I wear a 34” and medium fits well. Too big for my son that wears a medium sgiet( not sure of his waist size). Offers great support and easy to use.
