I have been taking these for about 3 weeks now and can definitely tell a difference in my energy and cognitive levels. Make sure you follow the usage instructions though! If you don't drink enough water or take them with a meal, things do get bubbly!
This is exactly what it says it will, and then some!
Before using this product I was always tired after work. After starting this product I feel a natural energy that carries me through the day allowing me to do more and participate in more events that would normally be tiresome to do.
