HOW TO USE
PHORMULA-1 CLEAR & IGNITION
FOR BEST RESULTS: Mix 1 scoop of Phormula-1 Clear and 1/4 to 1 full scoop of Ignition (Depending on your training intensity, goals, and carbohydrate initake) into 14-16oz of ice cold water post-workout. Shake or froth until dissolved. Let the shake sit for 30-60 seconds after mixing to allow the air bubbles to dissipate. You may also have Phormula-1 Clear and Ignition as a pre-workout drink if you'd like as well.
MICRO FACTOR POWDER
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 8 ounces of water 1 - 2 times daily.
